Problem
The entire indoor facility lacks a comprehensive air conditioning system, and the 150ft long oven room is equipped with rows of walk-in ovens that tirelessly operate for 12-15 hours each day. The prevailing indoor temperatures of 100-105 degrees have posed significant challenges for the bakery's workforce, hindering their productivity and overall well-being. Moreover, the excessive dry heat has been detrimentally affecting the quality of the baked goods.
Solution
To overcome these obstacles, Hydrobreeze Misting Systems was engaged to meticulously design and professionally install a network of strategically positioned mist lines, incorporating multiple zones. Powered by an industry-leading 1500psi mist pump, equipped with ultra-fine stainless steel mist nozzles and an anti-drip mechanism, the misting system was calibrated with utmost precision to ensure rapid flash evaporation. This calibration effectively eliminates any concerns of slippery or wet floors, while simultaneously preventing moisture accumulation on the equipment. As a result, the ambient temperature has been significantly reduced by up to 20%, creating a comfortable and conducive working environment for the bakery's employees. Additionally, the misting system has been intelligently configured to augment humidity levels in the storage room, thereby preserving the optimal moisture content of the baked products.
